Colorado CCW classes are offered by BearHold Personal Defense in the Front Range area. The Basic Pistol class meets Colorado concealed carry permit training requirements. Classes offered: basic pistol, basic rifle, and basic shotgun. All firearms classes include classroom time and range time. Classes are lead by NRA certified instructors.
Because we want you to get the personal assistance you deserve, we offer small personalized classes where your individual needs and questions can be answered.
Finally, we are conveniently located in Wellington, CO off of the I-25 corridor.

Basic Pistol Firearms Class

Meets Colorado concealed carry permit training requirements.
The Basic Pistol CCW class teaches the knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for owning and using a pistol safely. The class covers handling and shooting handguns safely, the parts of a revolver and semi-auto pistol, ammunition and its function, shooting fundamentals including range time, how to select, clean, and store a handgun, range safety, shooting positions, and concealed carry guidelines.
Times: Basic Pistol classes run for approximately 8 hours. Choose from classes offered as one 8 hour session on Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or two 4 hour sessions on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Cost: The Basic Pistol firearms classes cost $75.00. This includes range time.
