Hand to Hand Self Defense Practice
Personal self defense classes in Northern Colorado, Front Range area are offered by BearHold Personal Defense Concepts. Topics covered include: situational awareness, hand to hand defense, pepper spray, and other non-lethal techniques. Furthermore, we can tailor the class to meet your group’s specific needs. For example, we offer all women’s self defense classes. Because we want you to get the personal assistance you deserve, we offer small classes of 8 or less people with a minimum of 4 people. If you do not have a group, simply fill out the request a class form and we will fit you into one. Finally, we are conveniently located in Wellington, Colorado off the I-25 corridor.
Self Defense Classes Specifics
Cost: $25.00 per person. Please bring cash or check to class with you.
Times: We offer classes Tuesday and Thursday nights between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM and Saturdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Duration: Each self defense class is two hours long.
